I recently rented out a house in Thailand, and I have to say, it was quite an eye-opening experience. The next thing that struck me was how easy it was to find a place once we got here: all I had to do was post ads on Facebook groups dedicated specifically for foreigners living abroad; within minutes someone responded saying “yes” about whether they wanted my house or not!
